maybe not true to size

My son is 5'7 tall, waist 30", we ordered these tights black, size medium, but he feels tights are loosen, a bit large.
My sujestion is to order a second pair one size down.
These tights are comfortable, high on the waist, the fabric is super fine and soft.
W'll likely buy more in the future.
