The DWC Studio Program is a free loyalty program for dance studio owners and educators. It gives you access to wholesale discounts, a dedicated account rep, and exclusive perks that grow with your order volume.
DWC Studio Program members save up to 20% on purchases and can simultaneously earn a 7.5% commission through their referral page. To remain MAP-compliant across all authorized brands, your specific tier rates will be clearly disclosed in your member dashboard upon approval.
All three programs are completely free — no setup fees, no monthly charges, no catch. Studio Partner has a soft annual spend target to maintain status, with an 18-month grace period for new accounts.
Studio Partner is for studio owners and directors who are outfitting classes, managing dress codes, and placing volume orders. Studio Insider is for dance educators, choreographers, and faculty who are buying primarily for themselves and their students. Both programs offer member discounts and access to the Referral program where you have the ability to earn 7.5% commission on sales.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Studio Partners must be studio owners or directors. Studio Insiders are dance educators, choreographers, or faculty. Either way, both can join our Referral program on top of their primary tier to maximize earnings.
All brands we carry are included in the Referral program. For the Studio Partner and Studio Insider all major brands are included. We also offer a separate pointe shoe volume buy program — inquire with your rep for details.
Generally, Studio Partners are approved within 2 business days of submitting their verification documents. Studio Insiders are typically approved within 1–2 business days. Referral members are approved same-day — your curated page is then built within 5–7 business days.
We use flat-rate shipping bands based on order value, starting at $9.95 for smaller orders and scaling proportionally for larger volume. Our flat rates are competitive with — and in most cases beat — other B2B dancewear vendors. Your rep can walk you through the current rate table.
Our dedicated customer service staff updates your Dress Code Store anytime — just send the changes. Style updates, new items, color swaps, seasonal refreshes — we handle it. Typical turnaround is 3 business days.
With the deep member discounts, large volume orders, and the reality of today's shipping environment, we're not able to absorb free shipping on top of member pricing. What we can promise is that our flat-rate shipping structure is transparent, straightforward, and among the most competitive in the B2B dancewear space.
You always get the better deal. Member discounts and sitewide consumer promotions don't stack, but you always have the option to check out as a B2C customer and take advantage of those promotions.
Because our Studio Partners receive deeply discounted wholesale pricing, these accounts are unfortunately not eligible to earn additional Rewards Points on top of their program discounts.
However, we want to make sure you don't lose what you've already built! If you are converting from an existing customer account to a B2B Studio Partner account, please reach out to us. We will gladly calculate your current rewards balance and issue it to you as a gift card to use on a future order.
