How Checkout+ Shipping Protection Works

  2. Your order ships as usual with tracking.
  3. If your protected package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you submit a claim with our protection partner.
  4. Your claim is reviewed quickly.
  5. Approved claims are replaced so you get what you ordered.

Shipping Protection is not available without Checkout+. If Checkout+ is not added, DWC cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

What happens after I file a claim?
