When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return eligible item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Please remember that items being returned should be in New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or any stains, you know, the way you would want to receive them. If your item(s) does not meet these requirements we will simply discard it/them and you will not receive a refund or credit. Return window for refund is 15 days from delivery and 30 days for store credit or exchanges.
Shoes – new condition, no sign of wear on soles (Shoe Fitting Information) Please do not send back Pointe Shoes in bags or envelopes.
Must be returned by inserting the original shoebox or bag in a mailing container. Shoes shipped in shoebox only cannot be restocked. If you do not send back the original box or bag it will be discarded.
Returns over $200 will receive a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Don't want the fees? Return for Site credit and no charges apply.
