Need to do a return or an exchange? No Problem! Most items are eligible for return for 15 days or as an exchange within 30 days of the original ship date. Was you package lost, stolen or damaged? Click here

Exchanges are Free unlike other online retailers. Just select your new size or color, print the prepaid shipping label, and send back your items within 15-days. We'll get your new items sent out to you as soon as possible.

Just want to return? That's easy too. Just tell us why you're returning, print the pre-paid shipping label, and send back your items within 15-days.

We will credit your original payment method less $9.95 for the provided return shipping label and processing fee. Don't want to pay for return shipping? Don't want a processing fee? Returns for Gift Card Site Credit are free!

Please remember that items being returned should be in New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or any stains, you know, the way you would want to receive them. If your item(s) does not meet these requirements we will simply discard it/them and you will not receive a refund or credit.

*Please note that if you do not send back the Return/Exchange form provided it may result in extended delays in the processing of your Return and or Exchange.

Shoes – new condition, no sign of wear on soles (Shoe Fitting Information) Please do not send back Pointe Shoes in bags or envelopes.

Must be returned by inserting the original shoebox or bag in a mailing container. Shoes shipped in shoebox only cannot be restocked. If you do not send back the original box or bag it will be discarded.

Returns over $150 will receive a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Don't want the fees? Return for Site credit and no charges apply.

A couple of items that are not eligible for return but may be exchanged are:

All Hauls (Leotard, KM, Nutcracker etc), Kathryn Morgan Closeouts, Rac N Roll bags, Glam'r Gear Bags, Undergarments as long as they haven't been worn and Tights as long as they haven't been opened. 

Items that are Final Sale are non-returnable or refundable. They are:

Made-To-Order or Special-Order-Merchandise to include DWC Custom T-Shirts, Tanks and other Print On Demand items, PPE, Clearance/closeout merchandise, Stickers, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale items, hair, beauty, makeup items, Gift Cards and books and journals.
