Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Returns of acceptable items must be made within 30 days of the shipping date from DWC. Please note that refunds do not include the cost of shipping merchandise back to DWC. All return orders more than $300.00 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please allow 1-5 business days for the processing of your refund from the time your product(s) are received and approved.  

Items cannot be returned to the Retail location for credit.  The Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information.

    Items must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted for return – no exceptions:
  • Regular in-stock merchandise
  • New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or any stains.
  • Shoes – new condition, no sign of wear on soles (Shoe FItting Information)
    • Must be returned by inserting the original shoebox and/or bag in a mailing container
    • Shoes shipped in shoebox only will be charged a $5.00 replacement fee

The following are final-sale items, and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances: tights, undergarments, to-order merchandise, special-order merchandise, clearance merchandise, books, CDs and DVDs.

    Other items that will not be accepted for return:
  • Those sent back to DWC without a Return Authorization number
  • Those sent back to DWC after the 30-day return period

Return / Exchange Process

To return or exchange merchandise by mail, please contact DWC Customer Service for a Return Authorization number.

Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, you have 14 days for the merchandise to arrive at our facility. No returns will be honored after the 14 day timeframe.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to DWC.

DWC is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using Fedex or UPS.

 

Returns cannot be made in person at our retail location. No refunds will be given as the Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information. 

Exchange Policy

Returns can only be made within 30 days of shipment for refund, no exceptions. Special orders are not returnable or refundable.  ALL UNDERGARMENTS, TIGHTS, BOOKS, VIDEOS, CD'S, DVD'S, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND MAKEUP ARE A FINAL SALE unless defective. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or a different item simply return the item(s) for a full refund less the shipping charge then place a new order for the replacement item. Your new order will be charged the applicable amount for shipping that you have chosen, you WILL NOT be charged any exchange fee. In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a return shipping lable be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days to complete the transaction. If merchandise is not received back within 14 days or if the item is deemed (NOT DEFECTIVE), the original item(s) will not be refunded. If you are requesting a refund your funds will be returned using the method with which you originally placed the order. Please contact Customer Service at (877) 846-3338 for any questions regarding returns.

  Items cannot be exchanged in our Retail location as the Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information.  All Internet exchanges need to be processed through the Internet Customer Service.
