BLOCH pioneered the use of Demi-pointe shoes in the 1960s, as an intermediary for dancers prepping to transition to pointe work. Designed with a narrow heel for optimal fit, the Tensus Demi is more structured than a ballet flat. The sole and box offer key resistive properties, which help develop strength in the foot and leg muscles needed for pointe technique.

Sizing:
The manufacturer recommend choosing two sizes down from your women's street style shoe. For Tweens/youth we recommend choosing the same size as your street style shoe.
