Penelope, with its unique design, emulates the traditional and smooth style of College uniforms in an elegant and jaunty version. It is inspired by a blouse with puffy sleeves ended by a trimming that highlights the tulle’s softness and volume. The shining texture of the top fabric is achieved by the brilliant colors’ overlap and the double piping finishing on the neckline is highlighted by the use of colors’ contrast. The square neckline both in the back and in the front side is in line with the cheeky leotard’s style.
