Gaynor Minden Dancers' Dots

I got the small package as I'm not sure if they work. My daughter felt she got better for her blister and the spot that have been rubbing inside the pointe shoes. They are not very sticky and cannot hold onto the tip of your toes. she only wears it right before putting the toe pads/socks on(so it stays in place). She used on the sides of the foot where the bunion forms. Last week I took one dot for my foot when a toe turns really red (I'm not sure it's from bug bite or other things caused sensitive reaction), it cools down right away. I can't get it hold onto the side of the toe without using tape/bandaid, but it really heals after letting it attached to my skin for an hour or two. Will be ordering more.

I thought about using them for spacers, but I have not needed to. I know they will come in handy at some point.

Super helpful for hot spots where the shoes may rub. I use tape to keep them put. Theyre actually water based and really moist, so make sure to seal the pack or close the jar when you finish :')

I'm still trying to figure out how to secure them properly, but judging from this first time I have used them, those dots might become essentials in my dance bag! Will definitely get the jar next time - my feet very much thanked me for a lot less problem-free problem zones during pointe. They really do work super well!
