Eurotard 39768C Child Single Handkerchief Chiffon Overlay
This single-layer handkerchief skirt of solid chiffon with an elastic opening can be worn over a lyrical skirt to add seasonal colors to your event. It can also be worn as an overlay top.
Sequin belt and leotard sold separate as well as the white underskirt. Note: This is not a dress.
