Charcoal Bag

Sealed linen bags come pre-filled with super-porous, bamboo charcoal to naturally absorb odors and moisture from your shoes or dance bag. Simply place the Deodorizing Pouch in a shoe or dance bag to use. While conventional air fresheners simply mask odors, the carbon-activated charcoal adsorbs and removes odors and moisture, while being 100% natural and non-toxic. Each package contains one pair (2 bags) that can be reused for up to two years.

Product Features:

  • Material: Cotton Outer/Bamboo Charcoal
  • Pack of 2

Very Effective!

I tried the Nikolay drying inserts first, because I wear Nikolay shoes, but I wasn't really sure how much they were working. I then decided to try the Bunheads and they're much better. Simply by virtue of being larger, they're able to cover more surface of the shoe. The materials they use to absorb moisture also last longer. The Nikolay inserts have to be replaced regularly, according to the instructions. I can feel my shoe harden up quicker. Between these inserts, jet glue, and rotating my shoes, I think I am getting the most life out of my pointe shoes that I can. I can't say I care much about odor absorption, but I don't struggle with have very stinky shoes to begin with, so I can't really comment on whether they work for that or not.
