Sorry your shoes did not arrive when you expected.You ordered after 8pm on a Monday, which means the order was processed on Tuesday and was shipped out and it arrived on Thursday. We actually do have this information listed on our website under our DWC FAQ's or you can view it here.
*While we would love to offer UPS Next Day Air service, we cannot consistently guarantee delivery and then you get mad at us and then we feel really bad....

(Just because you think it should get there in time, it might not and while we are discussing expectations, please understand that you cannot count the day you ordered as one of the days. That order will still need to be processed and put in motion. I mean, I think everything should always be in stock and sent same day and heck, it all should be free but unfortunately, the dance world is crazy, shipping cost are crazy and we have too many bills to pay. There is a reason Payless is out of business.....)
All Shipping is calculated based on current rates with USPS or UPS and provided in cart prior to final checkout. Timeframe is always business days.
