A Manual Return Authorization is when you will need the assistance from our Customer Service team in order to facilitate a return or exchange.
Common reasons for a Manual Return:
- You prefer to pay for your own shipping or ship using a particular service.
- You are located outside of the United States of America (Contiguous U.S.)
- You are attempting to exchange a complicated item like Pointe Shoes.
- The Portal is down or you are having difficulties completing the process.
