Eurotard 39808 Multi-Color Streamer Skirt

Eurotard multi-colored Streamer Skirt overlay with elastic waist with separated panels of red, purple, yellow, and royal. This overlay is a great way to add color to any plain dress or skirt. It can be worn as a skirt overlay or a long top overlay for even more versatility. 

The white dress and sequined belt shown in the picture are sold separately.
