How to Set Up A Pointe Shoe Fitting at DanceWear Corner

Making a pointe shoe appointment is simple at Dancewear Corner. Call our store at 407-770-1080 or toll free at 877-846-3338 to schedule a time that works for you. This will allow us to dedicate a certain amount of time to you and make sure we have a fitter available for when you arrive.

Before your appointment, make sure to talk with your studio to see if they have any preferences about what they may or may like. That way during your fitting your fitter will be aware.

If you have a teacher that wants to come in during your pointe shoe fitting, this is where creating an appointment comes in handy. This will allow you to find out what times work for both dancer and teacher.

For beginners, make sure to bring a pair of convertible tights. This will allow everything to stay put, but it’s not the end of the world if you don’t. We have disposable socks you can wear during your fitting. 

Experienced dancers on pointe, bring your toe pads and toe accessories. This will ensure that your pointe shoe will fit how it’ll be during your class.
