How do I place an order?Online: Place items on this Web site in our secure online shopping cart. Follow the easy step-by-step instructions to checkout, and your order will be placed immediately.
Phone: Call our toll-free order hotline: 1-877-846-3338. Our sales consultants are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST. If you receive our answering system, leave your name and phone number. We will return your call promptly.

Can I change my order after I have already submitted it online?
Yes, by contacting Customer service through telephone, Live Help or email. Include your order number when leaving a message, during Live Help or sending an email. Your order cannot be changed through the Web site if you have already clicked “Place Your Order,” as it has been processed immediately. The only way you will not be able to change your order is if it has already been shipped. In this situation, you will need to follow our Return Policy procedures.
What is the cut off time for an order to ship out on the day it is placed?
We will make every attempt to process all orders received the same day, however, during peak times it may take up to 1-5 business days to process your order. If you absolutely need a product in a hurry or have a specific cutoff date, please provide that information in the comments section of the checkout page and contact us via email, Live Help or by phone immediately after placing your order. Please remember, we are on Eastern Standard Time. If it is after business hours or you receive our voicemail, please leave a message or contact us through our Facebook Messenger or Live Help system and we will make every attempt to return your call or answer your trouble ticket as soon as possible. Please remember that UPS does not normally deliver on Saturdays and orders will not normally be processed on weekends or holidays.

Does the website show stock availability? Currently, all Capezio and Bodywrappers products are reflect low inventory levels and we are working with our other dance manufacturers to provide accurate information and will be adding more soon. Just know that at DWC we really do care and try very hard to accommodate our dancers. Don't take our word for it, see what our customers say about Dwc and our products by clicking here.
If I am able to put a product into my cart and place an order, does that mean the product is in stock and will ship out right away? Nope. We make every attempt to stock the 1000's of sku's in our warehouse along with our retail location and combine that with our manufacturers warehouses but inevitably, products are put on backorder or the manufacturers simply sell out. It kind of stinks, but it happens. DWC will make every attempt to keep you posted on the status of your order and you are always able to cancel anything you need to before your items are shipped.

Yes, if you do not see your country listed, you can go to our live chat and someone can assist you. Note: International order are typically shipped complete only. International Shipping Disclaimer
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept payment via Paypal and Bitcoin. We do not accept PO's without the appropriate documentation, and group discounts will not apply. DWC does not process COD orders. Prices of certain items are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our pricing competitively low so our customers benefit from maximum savings. However, Online prices are for internet orders only. These prices do not apply at our retail location.
Prices are currently shown in U.S. dollars and the currency will be charged at the time of placing the order based on the currency exchange rate at that exact moment. Currency is a commodity that is ever changing. You may also be subject to misc fees and charges by your banking facility or credit card company.
Is your website secure?
Yes, one of the primary reasons that we use the Shopify platform was for just this reason. Security is taken very seriously when you run an ecommerce site. Therefore Shopify has its shopping cart hosted on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server. In other words, our data, and the data of our customers, is secure.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
Important Payment Information
- For security, your billing name, address and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card monthly billing statement. If the information does not match it may result in unnecessary "authorization holds" on your credit card or debit card.
An important note about debit and credit card transactions:
Your credit or debit card will be charged upon placing your order. Your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a double deduction from your account. Please note, This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days for debit card transactions depending upon the policy of your bank.
Do you charge sales tax?
Because DWC is based in Florida, we only charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to Florida addresses. Your local Florida rate will apply. Orders shipped outside the state of Florida are not charged sales tax. Can I use a Tax Exempt form? Yes, if you are in the State of Florida, you may apply a tax exempt form. Please ensure that that the tax exempts organization or name is used in the billing information during checkout. Please annotate in the notes section of your order that you are a tax exempt organization and would like us to apply the tax exemption. This will only be applied once we receive your tax exempt form. Please email it to email@example.com with the order number referenced.
Do you have a group discount program?
Yes. If you purchase $300 to $500 worth of merchandise on one order, you will receive a 5% discount. Use Promo code discount5 at checkout. Orders of $500 or more receive an 8% discount. Use Promo code discount8 at checkout. Order of $1000 or more receive a 10% discount. Use Promo code discount10 at checkout. For further information, please email, use Live Chat or call 1-877-846-3338 with any questions or concerns. PLEASE NOTE: All orders more than $300 are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned. Do you have an Affiliate Program?
Not at this time.
How many times can I use a coupon code?
Coupon codes are intended for single use only and cannot be combined or stacked. Coupon codes are for Online orders only and do not apply to our retail location. If you are attempting a coupon code and it does not work, it has probably expired or fake. Often, sites like Retailmenot and other promocode sites share false codes. If you try to use one of those and they don't work, don't be mad at us, leave feedback on their sites so others don't get duped. :) If you really want legit offers, be sure to sign up for one of our mailing list.
Free items with purchases promotions.
When taking advantage of free items with certain promotional offers, if you return items from that qualifying order and it brings you below the original threshold to receive the free item you will be charged for that item or it will be deducted from you refund unless the free item is returned in its unused, original condition with the tags intact.
What's the difference between your Retail location and the website?
Our retail location in Orlando allows our local customers and those visiting the Orlando area to shop in our store and receive the same great selection of dance wear on our website with the personal and professional assistance from our staff. Prices in our retail store may differ from our website.
Can I bring my Internet order into the Retail store for Returns or Exchanges?
No. Unfortunately, our Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information. Please contact Customer Service or refer to our Return/Exchange policy for more information.
What does it mean if my item is on back order?
When an item is not available from the manufacturer at the time of order, it is placed on back order. DWC will contact you to provide an estimated ship date based on information from the manufacturer. You can then decide whether to keep the order active or cancel. You also can cancel at any time before the item is shipped. Back orders can take from to 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. If you have ordered multiple items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately. Any back ordered items will ship separately at no additional cost to you, excluding International shipments. International shipments will ship complete as soon as all stock arrives.
What is a To-Order Item?
Any item that you see the words “TO-ORDER” next to the color or size means that the item is not in stock. It will be ordered from the manufacturer and will ship to you in 1-2 weeks. You may still choose expedited shipping to receive the item quickly after it is shipped to us. PLEASE NOTE: TO-ORDER sales are final.
If you need an item by a certain date, please e-mail or call us. We will be able to better advise you on shipping options based on the manufacturer’s ship date.
Why can’t I order a catalog?
DWC is an eco-friendly company that strives to protect the environment. Our Web site is updated as we add new items, so visiting here frequently is the best way to keep up with the very latest styles. We do however offer a Liturgical catalog that can be mailed to you with all of our Eurotard offerings.
What happens if I don't receive my order but tracking shows delivery?
Contact your local Post Office, mail carrier, UPS office or driver or local delivery service office and work with them to locate the missing package. DWC will make every attempt to assist you, but is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have delivery confirmation to ensure that your packages are trackable and delivered in a timely manner. We do apologize if this situation has effected your shipment. Note: If using a 3rd party receiver/delivery service, use at your own risk, as they tend to have more issues than what we commonly encounter with business or personal addresses.
How do I purchase a Gift Card?
After purchasing your Gift card, you will receive an email with a link to your new Gift card where you will be able to print or email it.
What if I have money left on my Gift Card after my purchase?
Upon entering your Gift Card number, it will show you the remaing balance that can still be used on future purchases.
Can I buy something that costs more or less than the Gift Card amount?
Yes. If your order total is less than the amount on your Gift Card, the remaining amount will be available on your card for future purchases. If your order total is more, you will need to pay for the balance with additional payment information.
What are your gift certificate policies?
- Gift Cards purchased online are sent by email only, and CAN NOT be used at our retail location (including DWC booths or other temporary locations at dance conferences, trade shows, etc.).
- Not redeemable for cash; cannot be returned for a refund.
- Any unused balance will be available to use again on the same Gift Card code.
- If your total order is more than the amount of your Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance with a credit card.
- If you have any questions about using your gift certificate, please contact DWC.
Are the prices online the same as in the retail location?
The prices online are often lower than what you will find in the retail. Online merchandise doesn't have to be displayed in an expensive storefront and often doesn't need to be held in a warehouse - it can be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Even though online prices are often less than in-store, shipping costs can level the playing field or even make online purchases more expensive overall. This is especially true for large or heavy items as the mailing costs jump exponentially.
Simply put, the overhead for the Internet store is lower than the overhead for the brick and mortar stores. With the online stores, you aren't paying rent or for the same number of employees. Let's not forget, utilities, repair & maintenance, plumbing, fixtures, theft etc.
