How Our Returns & Exchanges Work
Without Checkout+: Standard return shipping label cost applies.
Return Eligibility
✅ Acceptable
- Unworn apparel in new condition
- Shoes tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface
- Original tags & packaging included
- Shoebox placed inside a separate mailing container for returns
❌ Not Accepted
- Signs of wear, dirt, stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant
- Missing or damaged packaging
- Shoes tried on hard floors
- Pointe shoes shipped back only in the shoebox (no outer mailer)

👟 How to Try Shoes On
- Try on both shoes — each foot can fit slightly differently.
- Stand on carpet, a towel, or a dance mat (never hard floors).
- Keep all packaging clean and intact.
- For returns, always place the shoebox inside a mailing container.
🩰 Pointe Shoe Return Requirements
- Must be new and unworn.
- No sewing — no ribbons, elastic, or darning.
- No marks on the sole or shank, and no visible wear.
- Original box/bag placed inside a mailing container for return.
💼 High-Value Returns
For refunds over $200, a 10% restocking fee applies.
Want to avoid the fee? Choose Store Credit instead — there’s no restocking fee on store credit.
🚫 Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tights
- Undergarments
- Clearance / Closeout merchandise
- Stickers & hair accessories
- Beauty & makeup items
- Gift cards
- Books & journals
- Made-to-order or special-order merchandise

Once your return reaches our facility, we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
- Processing time: Returns are processed within 4–9 business days after we receive them.
- Refund timeline: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

- Please return in-store purchases to our Orlando retail location.
- We do not provide shipping labels for in-store or international orders.

You’ll see “Checkout+” listed on your order confirmation email if it was added.
Can I exchange pointe shoes?
Yes — as long as they’re unworn, not sewn (no ribbons, elastic, or darning), and show no marks or wear.
What are my return windows?
Refunds: 15 days from delivery.
Exchanges/Store Credit: 30 days from delivery.
How long does a refund take?
Returns are processed in 4–9 business days after we receive them. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Are there any fees?
Refunds over $200 have a 10% restocking fee. Store credit has no fees.
Are tights or undergarments returnable?
No. For hygiene reasons, tights and undergarments (and other items listed under Final Sale) are non-returnable.
